What is the minimum commitment?
6 months. Your custom website is built during months 1-2, so the minimum ensures you get full value from both the site build and NEXUS system.
How long does the website take to build?
Most sites are live within 4-6 weeks. NEXUS engines start running as soon as we connect your data sources, often before the site launches.
Can I cancel after 6 months?
Yes, with 30 days notice. You keep your website code. NEXUS engine access ends, but all historical reports remain accessible.
What if I need more than what my plan includes?
Upgrade anytime. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Custom requirements (e-commerce, multi-language, integrations) are quoted separately.
Do I own the website code?
Yes. Your website is custom Next.js code deployed to your Vercel account. Full ownership, no vendor lock-in on the site itself.
What about paid advertising?
Ad spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is not included in these plans. We can manage paid campaigns as an optional add-on.
